Garden Beds privacy note
Last updated: 3 November 2026. Garden Beds is made by appaholic.
Garden Beds asks once whether you want to share anonymous play data. If you say no, nothing is sent. You can change your answer at any time with the button at the bottom of the menu.
If you say yes, the game sends:
- a random ID made by the game, which isn't linked to a name or an account
- which beds you start, finish or leave, with the time, moves, hints and restarts for each
- your platform (for example Web or Android), the game's version and the time of each event
- your answer and note, if you fill in the optional "How was that bed?" question
It does not send your name, email address, contacts or location, and the game has no accounts. Please don't write personal details in the note field.
Why: to find out which beds are confusing, too hard or dull, and whether the game is worth developing further.
Where it goes: the data is stored with Supabase, which runs the database. As with any web service, it may see your IP address when the game connects. The game doesn't store your IP address in its data.
Your progress stays on your device. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the game removes it, along with the random ID.
Ads: the Android version shows ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, and information about your device and how you use ads, to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, for example in the EU, the game asks for your consent first, and "Ad privacy choices" in the menu lets you change your answer. See how Google uses data. This is separate from the play data above.
To have your data deleted, or to ask a question, email gardenbeds.games@gmail.com. The random ID isn't shown in the game yet, so tell me roughly when you played.
